Getting the right merchandise to the right store at the right time is key and our Logistics teams are a vital part of our Distribution network, ensuring we get those ever changing, big name brands and other amazing products from our vendors to our stores.
As part of our Logistics Apprenticeship Programme, you’ll experience all sides of our distribution network while studying towards the Level 3 Supply Chain Pracitioner qualification (supported by SR Apprenticeships). Whether you’re on our helpdesk assisting vendors book goods into our supply chain, helping set production plans or dealing with customs queries, you’ll be part of enabling efficient flow of goods through our complex supply chain. You’ll work with internal and external partners including our Processing Centres, Buying Operations and 3rd Party Logistics.

You'll need a valid and eligible residency status, right to work in England and depending on your immigration status, you may also need to demonstrate that you've lived continuously in the UK for at least 3 years
Five GCSEs (grade 4 and above / minimum grade C or equivalent) or have completed a Level 2 Apprenticeship.

You’ll be coached and mentored throughout our programme and will acquire new knowledge and skills through a blend of classroom and off-the-job learning, including in person in our European Head Office in Watford and virtually.
You’ll gain a broad range of experience across all sides of our distribution network, which may include Logistics Operations, International Logistics and Customs, Data and Analytics, Supply Chain Partnerships and Technology and Engineering teams.
You’ll work alongside and support lots of internal and external stakeholders including our Processing Centres, Buying Operations teams, external vendors and 3rd Party Logistics.
You will have regular 121s with your line manager as well as progress reviews in line with the apprenticeship requirements with the Training Provider and your manager. You’ll even be supported by a buddy.
Successfully complete your Logisitics Apprenticeship and you could apply for a range of different roles across Logistics and the wider Distribution function in our Home Office in Watford.
